Overview

Workout Plan is a fitness application that provides workout plans, workout tracking, exercise alternatives, training statistics, premium features, subscriptions, and advertisements for free users.

The App does not require users to create an account and does not provide a login system.

Information You Provide in the App

The App may allow you to enter fitness and profile-related information, such as:

• age
• height
• weight
• gender
• measurement system
• activity level
• training activity
• training goal
• workout plan preferences
• workout history
• exercises performed
• sets, repetitions, and weights
• generated workout plans
• training progress and statistics

This information is used to provide the App’s core functionality, including generating workout plans, displaying statistics, tracking progress, and adjusting the user experience.

Workout profile and workout data entered directly in the App is stored locally on your device. The App does not require an account and does not upload this workout profile data to a custom user account server operated by us.

Automatically Collected Information

The App may collect certain information automatically through third-party services used for analytics, diagnostics, advertising, remote configuration, and purchases.

This may include:

• device information
• app version
• operating system information
• app interactions and usage events
• crash logs and diagnostic data
• performance data
• advertising identifiers, where applicable
• approximate technical information used by third-party SDKs
• purchase and subscription status handled through Google Play

These services help us understand how the App is used, improve stability, diagnose crashes, display ads to free users, manage subscriptions, and configure certain app behavior.

Third-Party Services Used by the App

• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Remote Config
• Google AdMob
• Google Play Billing
• Google Play Services, including in-app review and store-related functionality

Firebase Analytics helps us understand app usage and improve the App. Firebase Crashlytics helps us identify and fix crashes and stability issues. Firebase Remote Config helps us adjust certain app behavior or appearance without requiring an app update. Google describes Firebase Remote Config as a cloud service that can change app behavior and appearance without requiring users to download an update.

Google AdMob is used to display advertisements to free users. Google Play Billing is used to process subscriptions and purchases through Google Play.

Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

Advertisements may include:

• interstitial ads
• rewarded ads
• other ad formats supported by Google AdMob

Rewarded ads may be used to unlock certain limited features, such as temporary or one-time access to selected features. Premium or trial users should not see ads.

AdMob and its partners may process data such as advertising identifiers, device information, app interactions, and other information used to provide, measure, and improve advertising. For users in regions such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google may require consent for certain advertising and data processing purposes. Google states that publishers using AdMob must make certain disclosures and obtain consent where required for ads personalization and related data processing.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers Premium subscriptions through Google Play Billing.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Google Play may process payment, purchase, tax, and subscription information according to Google’s own policies.

Premium access may remove ads and unlock additional features in the App.

How We Use Information

Information is used to:

• provide workout plans and app functionality
• save and display your workout progress
• show training statistics
• manage Premium access and subscriptions
• display ads to free users
• unlock rewarded-ad features
• analyze app usage and improve the App
• diagnose crashes and technical problems
• prevent abuse, fraud, or technical issues
• comply with legal, platform, and policy requirements

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Data may be shared or processed by third-party service providers used by the App, including Google services such as Firebase, AdMob, and Google Play Billing.

These third-party services may process data independently according to their own policies. The App’s Data Safety disclosures in Google Play are intended to describe how data is collected, shared, and handled by the App and the third-party SDKs it uses.

Local Data Storage

Workout profile data, training history, generated plans, and similar app data may be stored locally on your device.

You can remove locally stored app data by:

• deleting data inside the App where such options are available,
• clearing the App’s data in Android system settings,
• or uninstalling the App.

If you uninstall the App or clear its local data, locally stored workout information may be deleted from your device.

Data Retention

Locally stored workout and profile data may remain on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.

Data processed by third-party services such as Google Play, Firebase, or AdMob may be retained according to those services’ own retention policies and legal requirements.

Data Deletion Requests

Workout Plan does not require users to create an account.

Please include the name of the App and describe your request.

Because the App does not use user accounts, some data stored locally on your device can be deleted directly by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

Some data may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, payment, or compliance reasons. Data processed by Google Play, AdMob, Firebase, or other third-party services may also be subject to their own retention policies.

All developers must complete data deletion questions in Google Play’s Data Safety form, and if an app enables account creation, Google requires account and data deletion paths. This App does not provide account creation, but we still provide a contact method for data-related requests.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at:

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through the App and the third-party services it uses.

Data transmitted through Google services and SDKs is generally transmitted using secure connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App may be available in multiple countries. By using the App, you understand that data processed by third-party services such as Google, Firebase, AdMob, and Google Play may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, according to those services’ policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
